Community Lunches

Our lunches are a bustling multi-cultural blend of volunteers, neighbors, community service appointees working together to serve good food to hungry people.The free lunches are open to anyone who wants to join us for a hot, delicious meal and a healthy dose of love on Tuesdays and Thursdays. These weekly events are staffed by volunteers with foods and funds donated by a variety of caring individuals and companies in Central Ohio.

 

Church Boys Boxing

Church Boys Boxing is an innovative program designed for the boys and teens in the Linden area. Through this program, they learn training and discipline as well as skills that will help them join in the extra-curricula aspects of their schools.

 

ALSD

A Little Something Different (ALSD) is geared to the children in the Linden community. It provides Biblical training, exposure to life outside the neighborhood, and arts and crafts.

 

Partnering with Grandparents

Alcohol and drug abuse have resulted in the need for many grandparents to raise their grandchildren. Because this can be an overwhelming job, CHM is working to offset some of the challenges for this demographics through specific and general assistance, as well as through training and focus groups.
